It’s easy reading over quotes, but the real power is in putting it into practice. ‘Be the change that you want to see in the world’, as Gandhi said. It can be really hard though, not falling into your old habits. Surround yourself with good people. People who have their best interest at heart for you. Your best guidance in the change, is YOU. Feel what’s good or not, and trust it.
You can increase your (vibrational) energy by eating living food. Like raw organic whole foods. Don’t forget the greens. And meditate. Don’t think you can’t. Just keep trying and don’t get upset with yourself if it doensn’t work out the first time. Experiment, you can try some music, smiling, earplugs, in the forest, with guidance (on tape), a workshop, sit on a chair, lay on the bed, use a meditation cushion etc. Or just be creative! Literally, go painting, make music, sing, dance… and love it!!!
