I prefer to soak almonds a night in water, that I rince couple of times. And the next day I peel off the thin layers. Maybe it’s a quite a work, but it’s the best option for your health. I don’t mind ‘playing’ with my food.
I don’t know if this video works for other blenders than the Vitamix or Blendtec, the ferrari’s of the blenders. Because you really need a powerful machine to grind the almonds.
