“Denaturation is a process in which proteins lose their function by the application of heat. If proteins in a living cell are denatured, this results in disruption of cell activity and possibly cell death.
When food is cooked, some of its proteins become denatured. The protein can no longer perform its function once it has been denatured.
Enzymes, for instance, lose their activity when denatured. (Most enzymes are proteins).
Proteins and other molecules become coagulated. This is what give cooked eggs their hardness, for instance.”

Science says 1 + 1 but they don’t say 2, as in “Eating cooked food is harmful to your health”.
They do not know it is possible to eat an unheated diet because they believe that meat and dairy are necessary. And of course it is dangerous to eat meat and dairy raw. That is because we are not meant to eat meat and dairy (in my opinion).
But the raw movement is growing and we are showing people that it is possible for everyone to eat raw!
